When I was 29 and playing bass guitar in a rock club in Los Angeles, I recorded this tune and gave it to a real cute waitress working there. The next night she gave it back to me. The tape was all pulled out, wrapped around the cassette case and destroyed. She told me, "This is what my boyfriend thought of your song."
